I reserve the right to:

- Demand any remaining payment at any point

- Cancel with or without a refund.

- Refuse a request for any reason

- Use the piece on my social media and portfolio

 

You reserve the right to:

- Cancel any order at any point before I begin the finished work for a full refund and after I begin for a partial refund (based on level of completion).

- Use the finished artwork on social media with appropriate attributions (tag me!)

- Ask for major changes (composition, subject, etc) before the sketch is finalized and minor changes (small details, color suggestions, etc.) before the sketch is transferred to canvas or watercolor paper.

- Ask for an update on the process (including work-in-progress photos).

Procedure:

- Pieces at 30: and under: Pay in full at the start.

- Pieces over 30: Pay half at the start
